If you lost an item today: Please call 0131 475 0618 or speak to a supervisor at Stop 1, Waterloo Place (From 6th September 2026 all tours depart at Stop GG, on George Street).
If you lost an item on a previous day: Please complete the Lost Property Form and select the tour you were on from the list. A member of our team will contact you if your item has been found.
Please note that lost property is kept for up to 4 weeks, and a small charge applies to retrieve items.
