When booking via this website, you will be asked to select a Start Date. This is the earliest date from which your ticket can be used. You can then use it on any date afterwards, up to 6 months from your chosen date.
Individual tour tickets and Grand 24 tickets purchased from our ticket sellers or drivers are valid for 24 hours from time of purchase. Grand48 ticket is valid for 48 hours.
The Royal Edinburgh Ticket gives access to all city tours for 48 hours from the time of purchase or validation. Entry to Edinburgh Castle, the Palace of Holyroodhouse and Royal Yacht Britannia is included. When this ticket is booked via this website, the Start Date selected is also the date the ticket validity is expected to start from, which is required to manage the included entry to third party attractions.
