If your visit to Edinburgh is impacted by a travel cancellation outside your control, you can:
- Rebook your tickets for any date within 6 months, or
- Receive a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
To qualify:
- You must contact us by email to sales@edinburghtour.com at least 48 hours before your booked Start Date; and
- Provide us with confirmation of the disruption from your airline, travel or accommodation provider for a refund.
We don’t offer refunds for changes of plans or where tickets are not used.
